Social Noom is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Losses due to external platform changes (e.g., Facebook algorithm updates, Instagram bans, or advertising restrictions).
6. Advertising & Third-Party Services
We use third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) for advertising.
We do not guarantee ad performance as results depend on multiple factors, including budget, audience, and competition.
We are not responsible for account suspensions or penalties due to violations of third-party policies.
7. Cancellations & Termination
Clients may cancel services with a 30 day window of start of services.
Social Noom reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.
